Julia is a seasoned Montessori, early childhood education, and nonprofit professional. She is the founder of Monarch Montessori School, a nonprofit early childhood education center, and Kaleidoscope Learning, a nonprofit family resource center.​ Julia worked as a Children’s House guide at a public school in Saint Paul for six years. She served as Board Chair at Heartwood Montessori. She earned a Master’s in Education from Stanford University and completed the AMI Primary Training at the Montessori Center of Minnesota.

Jennie is the founder of Kaleidoscope Learning, a nonprofit family resource center in St. Paul, MN. She currently serves as a board member of Monarch Montessori School, and was the founding board chair from 2019 - 2021. She is a Minnesota native who received her B.A. from the University of Minnesota. Jennie is well versed starting mission-driven nonprofits, including the guiding clients through the process by using the Lean LaunchPad Method.
